About Us
Grassroots Property Maintenance Inc. has been in business since 2001. Owner and operator, Ken Hanley has been in the landscape and construction fields for over 30 years. Ken grew up in the Norristown area, and was always digging in the dirt. He started out working at Luken’s Steel plant in Conshohocken, and purchased his first commercial grade lawnmower at the age of 25. As a small business owner, Ken spent many years going door to door (with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears) and building up Grassroots customer base.
Today, Grassroots Property Maintenance Inc. services over 30 different commercial contracts and hundreds of residential customers. Our Grassroots team works tirelessly to grow and support our existing and future customers! We are very proud to provide our services to the Montgomery and Chester County communities. We want you to smile when you see one of our trucks go by!
